Every cat needs a place to sleep that belongs only to them. If you have more than one cat, you need more than one bed. Cats like to perch in windows to watch the world go by, they like to watch birds, and surprisingly, many cats like to watch TV. While you may like your cat in your lap, it isn't very comfortable for your cat to sleep there for long periods.
If your allergies are bad enough that your cat doesn't sleep in your bed with you, it needs it's own place. Here are some offerings I think you will like.
If your cat needs to sleep on a concrete floor or you are supplying the needs of feral cats, this bed is an excellent choice! It keeps cats warm in winter and cool in summer. The covers are replacable, and come in many colors.
If you have a queen that's just given birth or one of those "prissy" cats that need to be catered to, this bed will be a saving grace! The slight elevation off the floor offers more insulation than the typical foam rubber and fiberfill used in most beds. The foam is more firm, providing excellent support for a cat recovering from orthopaedic surgery.
This bed is one of the most interesting I've ever seen! In bright colors, if you need some color in your rooms, this bed will certainly give you some ideas. Cats seem to like it a lot, and have fun poking in and out of the various "points" in the crowns.
A favorite for cats who need a little solitude. The cat can sleep in the same room as the family, yet stay out of the way of dogs, kids and feet. An excellent option for an older cat when you are introducing a new cat or kitten into the house. Place it near the litter box for best results.
This tent-style bed is a great option for younger and older cats alike! They love feeling the closeness of the tent covering; and love looking out at you! A favorite in our house!
I LOVE this bed's supports! Look at that - fully carpeted! We will be getting one of these pretty soon to add more perches for our house. Look for the Princess and Beasley Seal of Approval to come--
This is the "light end" of cat furniture. Some of it is used for scratching, the rest for sleep and play. A wonderul option if you've added a small-breed dog.
