I've pulled the contact form. I had to! Over a 14 day period, I got about 165 new messages requesting help, 3 paid for the service, and I'd started a new job. I was exhausted (still am) and was working for free. I can't do that. So, I'll put the contact form up sporadically for 2-3 days at a time so I can see what issues people need help on, but mostly it will stay down for a while.
