Turkey and Cats November 30, 2007 |

Hi there, ,What's in This Issue:A quick list of what's in this issue:
Updates to the siteFinally got my "featured product" up! I was really amazed at how fast SCOE10x took off! Read the testimonials and give it a try. The product is guaranteed, so your money will be returned if you don't like it. Sorry, you can only get it in the USA.Subscribe to the RSS feed if you haven't already done so, and you will know when pages get updated - including the Catmarketplace. I've been getting new stuff up on the Shopping Mall. New merchants and some have dropped their programs. The Resources page got updated because a program closed down for custom yarns (lots of hobbies & toys for cats?). Contest UpdatesI promised a photo contest, didn't I??? Send photos by return email, straight from this ezine. I want photos of cats in the Holiday Spirit. What does that mean exactly??? How about "mixing it up with the tree" or "overindulging on turkey" or some such. Anything having to do with the holidays from November First to January First. That includes New Year's Eve. Entries will be rolling (no hard deadlines - kind of like the "cute kitten combat") and voting will be rolling also. I'll be passing on some promotions that will only go to the winners. The first of contests is still up, as I'm waiting on photos. So, this is your call to get those turkey-day photos in! Photoshopped or edited photos are allowed, but all submissions need to be original - no going to flickr & pulling a photo. And please don't paint your kitty! Edit the photo, instead. Kitty DreamsDo cats dream? I think they do. The ones I live with also snore, snort, chuckle and express their opinions in many ways.Kitty Dreams seem to be linked to pecking order, food and hunting. Not necessarily in that order, but there's no real way to know for sure. I had a dream about kitties myself recently - that they all talked! Human words. They were helping me defeat a diabolical foe who was playing temporal games with the universe.... Well, I never said I was normal! :>) Fur PeopleFur People. Yes, there is a book called Fur PersonHow does a cat achieve "Fur Person" status, anyway? I think it has more to do with the person they live with than the cat. It's like watching your cat express herself and finally "getting it" when she says something. It's amazing to watch. Once a cat realizes that you figured it out, they will start blabbing on like they had been trying to make themselves heard for the longest time! It's kind of like a child with a large vocabulary but a speech impediment - once the child can make the words understood by those around it, the child talks incessantly. Same thing with a Fur Person. They finally get to you and then they talk without stopping for a while. You can tell the cat is happy about being understood, too. Specials and Coupons
