Kneading, TNR Programs, and Shots
August 31, 2010
Hi there, ,

What's in This Issue:

Updates to the site

I've had several submissions for stories and tributes to deceased pets. Lots of comments, also!

Some great news! Someone (not me!) submitted the site to Wikipedia as an authority on Taming Feral Cats. Whoever did this, I thank you! A wonderful tribute to the site and myself.

I've updated some of the shopping pages, found a new Hav-a-Heart trap supplier, found a new quiz and some more Vet Tech information. I appreciate all your e-mails and votes of confidence!

Articles

I'm going back to publishing part of the article in the e-zine, so that it will be delivered in a more timely manner and maybe help you receive it - instead of bouncing as spam.

She will lift her paws alternately and seemingly "massage" the surface of a blanket, couch or your lap. This is called "kneading" and there are various explanations on why cats do it. While a cat kneads, she enters a state of deep relaxation and may look like she is mesmerized.
