A CALENDAR CONTEST!!!!!!!
Take a good photo and send it with a caption, your name and address to be considered for our CALENDAR CONTEST. No internet entries will be accepted. All entries will need to be on 3-1/2" disk or CD only.
To send your entry, please print out the Calendar Entry Form and mail it to the address on the bottom of the form. Entry fee is $15 USD for the 2006 calendar. Paypal is accepted for payment. Please include your paypal email account information. If you do not have a paypal account, include a money order or certified bank draft for US funds.
Descripton of the Calendar:The calendar is a beautiful 4-color wall calendar, open size 11"x17." There will be a front cover picture, inside front cover picture and pictures on the backside of each calendar page. On the back outside, there will be a collage of all 12 inside photos. On the inside back cover, there will be a collage of the 12 inset photos from the calendar pages, order forms for more of the current year calendar and a submission form for the following year. The price will not be included on that order form, as it may change. All the large photos are suitable for framing. The calendar pages include phases of the moon, major North American holidays, and an inset photo. The caption for each of the visible photos will also be on the calendar page.
Prizes:
Top 24 winners receive a calendar and two coupons from our merchant partners. Next 100 entrants receive a calendar and one coupon for cat food of your choice from one of our merchant partners. All other entrants receive a calendar.
Rules and Guidelines:
Cat photo must be submitted in JPG or GIF format on digital medium suitable for PC computers. MAC and APPLE submissions cannot be accomodated by our printer. If unsure, go to a photo kiosk and have the photo transferred to the correct medium. I'd hate to see your entry disqualified for this reason!
Owners only. Rescue organizations and professional breeders are not eligible. This is not for the ribbon-winner, but the everyday cat.
All photo submissions are eligible to be featured on our pages with mention of the cats and owners names and city of residence. If you prefer to be excluded from this acknowledgement, please indicate your preference with your entry. Your wishes will be respected.
Open to residents of all countries in the world where there is no law forbidding it.
Names of winners will be readily available in the calendar, but a list can be produced. Sorry, only first names with last initial, name of cat and city of residence will be available.
Judging will be done by the staff at for the love of cats dot com.
If you would not like to enter your cat, but would like to order a calendar, please print out the order form and enclose $10.00 US to cover shipping and handling; and mail it to the address on the form.
There are no internet orders accepted at this time.
Privacy Statement:
During the course of running the Calendar Contest, information is needed from entrants. All information will be handled with the greatest of confidentiality. No third party will see or have access to your information. Your information will not be shared. During the printing of the calendar, the name of the cat, first name and last initial of the owner and city of residence will be divulged for inclusion in the calendar. Mailing is done by the webmaster at this time. There is no inclusion into any mailing list and mailing information is not retained. Please check this privacy statement at time of entry for any changes.
