not accepting me

Jasmine joined my house 1.3 years ago. She was said to be about 3 - she was about 5. I had/have 3 other cats. Jasmine loves, absolutely, my house keeper/sitter, but continues to runs from me, hiss and growl. I've decided she will do what she does, and may come around.
